Lucius redoubles his clean-up effort

As I gazed about, I realised
that my basement clean-up task had just taken a turn for the worse and I
resigned myself to several days of scrubbing the walls of Shoggoth
detritus before further renovations could be implemented. Nevertheless,
this immediate chore paled in comparison to the now vanquished threat
below. The Shoggoth-infested pit was destroyed, no longer a latent horror
waiting to spring its nightmare upon an unsuspecting people. However, I
could not help but wonder what other evils were writhing below the sunny
surface of our globe or waiting patiently among the stars.
